Dani is the best! She is very professional, responsive, and has a lot of knowledge on the housing market. She gives great suggestions on pricing, terms in offer, things to negotiate and consider/be aware of, etc. She not only helped us buy our dream house, but also gave us a full of information regarding the maintenance of the house, top rated service providers, and everything we needed. Danielle sold my home quickly and with great attention to me and my concerns. Selling a home is such a stressful life event. There are so many unknowns and so much to do - without the expert guidance and direction from Danielle, I would have been lost. Every detail was attended to, including recommendations for an attorney (at my request). Most importantly, communication was clear and copious and I never felt surprised by all the little things that happen during the course of a house sale.
